I am looking at buying a Nikon 5-20x44 monarch w/BDC reticle,it will be going on my new DPMS AR .223.Does any body have any  Experience  with the BDC  on these scopes on a .223?

Check out the BDC video from SWFA. Lots of written info too.
 
The new Monarch is a definate upgrade from the older Nikons, which were pretty darn good in their own right.
