Does any one have first hand comparison info on Federal Power-Shok vs Winchester Power-Point. Do these two bullets perform similarly?

Thanks for getting back Pyro. I have only used the Power-Points and for that application I could not have been happier. I do notice that there is a BIG diff. in price. I will be back in South Texas next week for my annual hunt and plan on taking the PP's again. I thought I might take a box of the PS's along to use on hogs.

I agree. I really like the unit and am trying to shoot with it as much as I can even it is a little much for Whitetail. I don't like crawling through the brush to locate downed deer. I will be reloading for next season and will be loading for elk at that time.

i have been using mine off and on for whitetail for 6 yrs now and i dont feel like its too much gun, but it takes any challenge out of tracking thats for sure they die where you shoot.

I really like it on the hogs and we have some mean cows that seem to show up when your on your hands and knees looking for that deer in the thick stuff. They have had plenty of moisture this year and everything is fat and sassy. I like the hogs to drop when hit and then I use them for bait on the coyotes. No fun dragging those big stinking ones into place.
