Hi Everyone,
I was wondering which would be the better that hold zero. I have a couple of scopes going on 3 Winchester Model 70s and I am debating between the three types of quick release bases. Rifles they are going on are a 270 Win, 30-06 and 375 H&H. I don't have any experience with anything other than the Leupold QR post mounts and figured I would step up to thte bigger rings for the heavier calibers.
Thanks! |

I'm a Talley user from .260 up to .375H&H. They are machined from tool steel and a solid choice, too. http://www.swfa.com/c-241-talley-quick-detachable-scope-ring -systems.aspx |

The Talley rings are definately an excellent choice. They are also a little expensive. If you dont mind the difference in the dollar the Talleys are the way to go. For the bang for your buck the Warnes are the best choice.

Talley would get my vote. Always showed quality with the sets I have used.

As I wrote previously, the Talley are machined from tool steel. Additionally, the quality of machining is very good.
Comparing the Talley and Warne QD side by side, the Talley look far better too. Warne makes QD rings for the integral Ruger bases and that is why I have them.
