My personal choice is the Leica, but they are both awesome. Can't go wrong either way.

It depends on you. I prefer the Swarovski, eventhough I know the Leica has better glass.

I also prefer the Leica for several reasons. Optically they are very close. Brightness is equal, but to me the Leica appear sharper. For arguement sake though, lets say they are equal optically. The Leica seem to be the most rugged bino and will last a lifetime. The Swarovski aren't quite as rugged. I have known several people who have had theirs refurbished after 7 or 8 years of use. They are a great bino, but with the Leica you get a little more for your money.
