Sorry, I don't have any to show. It's not out for the public, yet. As I find some okay goodies I'll post. In the mean time you can always use the usual suspects who get it right a lot. http://www.autoblog.com/search/?q=f150 These guys are pretty good. Edited by tahqua |

Nice truck Trickster and much luck with it. Of course Rootmanslim would have told you to get a deisel Dodge so you could become a member of the billion mile club.

dodges cummins diesel is the real deal kids the cummins motor is in the wrong truck, if ford could have had cummins build motors for them it would be unstopable, dodge can build a tough enough truck, but there motor sure is. |

I tell you what...... with the weigth she carries around (mostly metal....not sure they had invented plastic yet)........ its damn hard to get her stuck........ but when you do.......

I've always been a Ford guy, but my buddy that runs an auto place says they put too much computer sh*t in them now and its too hard to work on them. Have to take them to the dealer for the littlest things so I'm going to go with a Chevy next. Whew....... that just sounds weird......... but I'll get used to it I guess.

This truck is just to knock around in, Phil.
It will see some broken up concrete, troweling machines and some 2x4's from time to time. My finishers and footing guys have there own trucks, back hoes, skid steers, etc. I provide the concrete, form materials, poly, rebar, etc., but I have it all delivered to the job site. Generally it runs pretty smooth like that.
I'm more in sales and management end now. I pick up jobs, hold the contract, and sub it out. I manage and orchestrate our entire scope of work, sometimes using one or more subs.
I used to chase the big commercial jobs around the SE and had a crew of 20 guys or more I would drag around. NO MORE!!
Thanks for your comments, Brother.

In my experience, Dodge Cummins motors are indeed good to go, Pyro, but EVERYTHING else wears out or breaks around the engine....
10-4 what Tip said. I know more Dodge owners with blown trannys than I can count on two hands. |

i totally agree mark the motor is the real deal its like the ones in our semi's inline 6 cyl diesel engine that makes a lot of torque, and yeah to bad they cant make a truck to last as long as the motor does, really any car company cant do that, like our peterbilt tractor has a million miles on the odometer and same engine same body and it works hard every day, and that cummins motor still hums right along. |
