Here it my "tactical" Weaver V3.  This scope rocks!

That is a very sensible-looking rig!  I like it!     Duplex type reticle?

Ronk:  This is a really great setup.  Yes, it is a duplex reticle.  I just sprung for a Leupold Mark 4 and was thinking of another Mark 4 of the 1.5-5 variety.  But then I was thinking I didn't really need to spend the bucks.  And I really wanted a 1X scope in a variable.  The V3 is one of the only ones I have found.

I had a DMS-1, but it is heavy and make in China.

Just came back from the range with my rig.  Fantastic.  Engaged steel plates out to 250 yards and did not miss any.

Accuracy is 1 to 1.5 MOA at 100 yds.  I had the HBAR turned down to Medium Contour so the carbine is nice and light including the 8.7 ounce scope.

Scope is a fantastic value.

BTW, the new Magpul Pmags are sweet, too.

Very handy firearms, aren't they? I never thought much of the AR platform until I got a chance to use one, and

now I love mine!  I really need to get out and shoot it....
