Dude thanks for your advise the rings and mounts arrived yesterday and they look great, now my boss don't want any cheap scope (at last God heard my prayers) what can you suggest?

Give me a budget and shooting scenario to work with.

ok budget $150 and up

 

shooting scenario, mmmm! 50 to 100 yards we don't have large ranges to shoot.

 

Also want to ask you if there is someway to increase the accuracy in a Marlin model 60 or make the trigger a little smooth.

Either of those 3 scopes I mentioned will make the boss throw rocks at his BSA......
