I just received my Badger Ordinance 1" mounts for my 700P. They came in plastic packed in grease. How is the best way to get all that off? Can I just soak them in gasoline?

I bought some gun parts once that was coverd in grease.I put them is boiling hot water and washed the with a good dish soap.and walha it was all gone.Dish soap is awsome i mean if it will take my wifes cooking off of the pots and pans it will take grease off not problem.

I cleaned them first with Remington Action de-greaser, then boiled them in water. They came out clean as a whistle. Thanks.
