I have several bushnell Trophy scopes and always found them to be a pretty good scope for the money. I Bought a new 1.75x4 and noticed it was made in S Korea instead of Japan like my others I already own which was alittle dispointing. It looks about the same so far clartiy wise/low light performance I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts about the ones made in Korea vs the Japan ones?

Have the same scope as you I believe on my 44 carbine, has the circle-X reticle. Bought it a couple of years ago and really like it. Large field of view, and the generous exit pupil makes it good for low light. Will check when I get home, not sure if mine was made in Japan or not. Post later. |

I have a Trophy 3-9x40 made in Philippines. It seems that Bushnell has many companies working on their behalf.
