does anyone have any info about this bill ? has it gained any traction in the house, or is it just another political atempt to put someones name in the papers, raise some noise, and cause a fuss ?

i dont know anything about it but i really pisses me off that every year the govt thinks they need to add more gun laws and they cant even come close to enforcment of the current rules, take the guns away from the good guys that way the cops and the criminals are the only people with guns ah what bullsh*t.

i agree with ya pyro - while the "good guys " - honest law abiding firearm owners get shafted, the rapist, murders, thieves, and muggers, will still own them.

if anyone has any doubt, look at the war on drugs. the last time i checked - crack - was a big no no, but yet ppl who don't care about laws, ( or themselves ) can still get it..... because of laws, i have to stand in line, show id, sign my name, and give up my first born just to get cold medicine....and yet meth freaks are still tweeking there heads off....

congress can pass all the laws they want, and it is only those who care about remaining law abiding honest ppl, that feel the effects. ....lol..lol..lol.. does anyone else want to use my soap box ??? lol..lol..lol

oh, and thanks narrowgap, for the heads up and info
