Welp, I built another big Crock Pot extravaganza....

3 Huge chicken breasts

I loaded the crock pot bottom with sliced onions,
then I added a bunch of those baby carrots that are as hard as diamonds....I cut about 50% of them in half...at the bottom of the crock pot where they should be cooked by November.... Bucky

Then I mixed up A MIX....I put a cup of Balsamic Vinegar in a bowl and added:

about two teaspoons of oregano
about two teaspoons of parsley
about two teaspoons of basil
about two teaspoons of paprika
about two teaspoons of pepper
about two teaspoons ( Gigantic) of minced garlic
about two teaspoons of chili powder

then I peppered the chicken breasts and put them on top of the carrots and poured the GOOP on top of them....

Then I added a bunch of Brussels sprouts and then a bunch of those tiny potatoes cut in quarters....then I dumped a bunch of shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese and a little Swiss on top of the Brussels and the potatoes....

I then dumped on a quart of sliced white mushrooms and coated them with black pepper....

7 hours on LOW.....

We'll see how it comes out.....
