Will a Bushnell 3200 3x9 be okay on a slug gun?

Hmmm....  No replys

Well anyway..   the 3200 ran out of upward adjustment with the high velocity sabots ( Win Partion Gold, H2K, SST )

What's a good shotgun scope?

Sightron SII   1.5-6x42

Nikon Monarch 4x  or 6x or Leupold 4x or 6x

Nikon Monarch Gold 1.5-6x42.  120 moa internal adjustment

Nikon Omega 3-9x40  5in eye relief and a balistic reticle

12 ga is a relatively short range cartridge so you dont need anything over a 3-9

You could shim the front rings if you want to use the Elite. I have one on a black powder and no worries.

Have also heard good things about the Leupold 1-4X20 shotgun scope - supposed to be exceptionaly rugged

The easiest way to corredt this is with Burris Signature rings and the insert kit above that will allow you to change the angle of the scope in relation to the barrel.

My experience with the Leupold referrenced above has been good, but I also recommend a lesser cost option, the Weaver V3, one of which I have used on a 12ga slug gun for years.

I have been using an older varx-111 on a Marlin 512 slug gun for years and now problem I believe its a 1.75X6.  Plus the Marlin has some dumb side mount on it and surprisingly it still hold zero.

I have used a 3X9X50 3200 Bushnell for years in Delaware on a Savidge 210 that kicks the living crap out of me each time I shoot it and it still works great.
