You know they make furniture with lockable hidden compartments for concealing firearms.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

My dad has a safe just for his Henry's and the old Remington Brandon reconditioned for him.  Maybe I could con him into storing a few for me.  Big Grin
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

For long term storage use 5 foot piece of 6" PVC. glue on the ends.  Dig a post hole in the back yard and bury it. Upright it produces a small signature on a ground scanner. Keep the consumables secure with it. They make a good Time Capsule.

Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow
Now the rules have changed again.

I refuse to buy anything that isn't a revolver or lefthanded and has a tang safety. I still need to buy another safe because it all won't fit. My mistake was making exceptions for ARs and Beretta autoloading shotguns. Now I'm considering a further exception just because I really like the Benelli Vinci. (Yeah, I'm not so good at sticking to my guns on that refusal.) I should forego all autoloaders except the Mossberg, but then I'd be stuck shooting Mossbergs. Heck with that.

I have always envied the one rifle, one shotgun, and one pistol fellas. I would sell out and try to be one, but I have too many guns I could never let go.

Guns are tools, and you never see a mechanic with just one wrench in his tool box.
