my AR15 , Sabre Defense upper with DD 12.0 , and of course mandatory SS 10 x rear focus... I love this scope so much I am going to order a SS for my Tikka T3 Lite in 308 , just not sure to go with 10 x , 16 or 20 ( will be be for 600 yard shooting ).

I swapped out the 6 position for an A2 fixed after this pict was taken.

Nicely done!! Is that a 1/7 twist barrel??

Welcome to The OT, Sir.

I have heard good things about Sabre Defence, actually considered one of their uppers for my last AR. I got a buy on a Bravo Co. Middy and went that direction.

What scope mount are you using?

Is that the Daniel Defence new "Lite" version rail?

That's a bad stick!!

I LOVE fluted barrels........

I bought this one from a friend.

The specs from him were as follows:

M4A3 Custom upper built by Carolina tactical supply. Sabre defense fluted 1:7 barrel .223 match chamber with A2 FS. Daniel Defense 12.0 rail with PRI low profile gas block and 3 covers. Lower is a Rock River Arms National Match with national match trigger. Scope is a SWFA Super sniper rear focus 10X mildot reticle that is mounted in an Armalite 1 piece 30mm mount.  Lower also has a hogue pistol grip. YHM Bipod mount and Harris bipod.

It had less the 500 rounds thru it when I bought it from him.

Great shooter too , best group so far is a 4shot group at .364 @ 100 yards with a 5th shot I pulled opening it up to .508

I been reading here for awhile , had a bit of trouble getting my account to work but expect to see me reading and posting more.

Its what was on it when I bought it and I dont find that to me it makes that much difference. I am just a casual range shooter and usually shoot at the same distances each time. Might look into a side focus for the Tikka , depends on finances :)

OK.

You used the term "mandatory" when referring to the SS and rear focus and I wrongly deduced that you were a left handed shooter and "needed" a rear focus model so you could correct parallax with your right hand while leaving your left hand by the trigger to take the shot.

I thought you were "one of us" ie: special shooters.........

Disregard..........

Ver Nice, Is that the XTR or BD 3-12x50 you are currently using?

How do you like your current scope?
