Rifle? Use? Fixed or variable power? Parallax adjustable? Budget?

Are you looking for recommendations on the rifle itself, or a scope for a rifle you already own?

Either way, CJarvis's questions apply.

Short minimum parallax, glass doesn't have to be spectacular.  Give us a budget and a primary application and we can help.

I think this is a fantastic choice for a .22.  http://swfa.com/Vortex-2-8x32-Diamondback-HP-Rifle-Scope-P67745.aspx

It has a parallax adjustment that focuses down to 20 yards.  Glass is decent
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

CountryGear you're not long here and will not be much longer if you don't follow the rules you apparently didn't read. That is two!
