What do you mean by military?  A scope the military has used?

As far as large scopes go, Zeiss has one eith 75mm objective.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

probably one of the old night vision scopes would be the largest in size.  Just cause a scope is big doesn't make it a better choice.

Oh, that's Anzio Annie with the Hubble telescope mounted on it. Anzio Annie was built by the Krupp Cannon Werks, in Oberndorf GermanyTank

I'll be close to there next month. Ravensburg, but I always stay in Friedrichshafen down on the Bodensee.

The father of a friend of mine was also on the wrong end of Anzio Annie. Maybe they shared a fox hole.

I remember a friend asking if he was in the D day invasion, He said "No, I was in a little Italian hamlet during that invasion." My buddy ask where was that? He smiled at him and said "Anzio!"

My friend said his dad was in the 36th Infantry in an artillery unit. Said most of the guys were from Texas and Oklahoma.

I think they stopped making them when they reduced the variety of products years ago. The only one I have ever seen kept breaking it's front integral mount at the rail screw.
