Conetrol is the best mount ever for patient people. I once had a gunsmith offer to let me have my rifle back with no charge if I would accept it without the scope mounted. I chuckled and asked him why he thought I brought it to him in the first place. Truly awesome mounts, though.

Conetrol are indeed outstanding. Elegant and superbly crafted. I didn't know George Miller died. Sad to hear that.

Yeah, the Conetrol website is dreadful... but their products are top notch. S&K mounts may be another choice to consider. |

Talley LW's are very nice in both function and finish. Strong too. I also like their traditional mounting systems. The first picture is of the rings and bases after they came back from W.E. Birdsong with their Black-T finish. Edited by Roy Finn - December/02/2015 at 17:33 |
