Well I finally found one of these yesterday.  Have not shot it yet, but pretty excited about it.

Dang I posted this in the wrong section.  Meant to be in firearms.  My bad.

I load my own so ammo is good to go.  I even found some AA1680 yesterday.

Running 220s or 240s?  I almost bought on of those once, but had other priorities at the time.

Moved topic to the Firearms section. Doing so still leaves a copy in AAG, for whatever reason. I haven't figured out a way to move a thread without a duplicate remaining in its original location.

Just went and shot it.  It shoots well, action cycles well, trigger is decent.  Very very quiet with the suppressor.  I think I am going to like a lot.

It put 5 rounds at 50 yards within 1/2 inch.  So not to bad accuracy wise.

Id be interested in seeing a range report on it once you get a little more trigger time.

It shoots well.  At the range I have only shot it at 50 yards for groups.  I was getting under 1 inch groups easy enough without much effort.  It is fantastic with a suppressor, shot several rabbits with it.

I just have a vortex 2-7x viper on it now.  Eventually I will get something where I can adjust for drops and I will shoot it at longer ranges.  But for now it is a very short range gun.  I have only shot subsonics out of it, as that was my want for it.  Maybe someday I will try supers, but I wanted a light, quiet, bolt gun and this works well for that role

If functions great, I have had no feeding issues at all.  Trigger is decent.  I have ran about 225 rounds through it so far.  All in all for less than $400 I think it is a great little gun.

What a great deal on a rifle. "Decent trigger"? Does that mean it get replaced later? Wink
Better or worse than a Savage Accu-trigger?

I have not shot an accutrigger for a while, but I think it is similar.  I have had worse, and I have had better.  I have not made any adjustments on it yet.  I need to see if it will go a bit lighter.

Mine shoots great with H110 and 110g Sierra HP's...under 1" @ 100yds.

Now if I could just get it to feed. Rifle will not reliably feed any bullet I've tried. Ruger sent me another magazine, but still bad. Bullets all nose dive into the breach face.

That sucks....That's the first bad report I've read about on these.

Feeding issues appear to be a common complaint. Anyway, I sent it back to Ruger and it came back in less than two weeks with a new stock and magazines. The stock is what actually orients the magazine so that makes some sense. I need to call them and see what ammo they test with. The four loads I have still do not feed well. Only seems to work if I only put three rounds in the magazine.

For that reason (feeding issues) I sold my bolt gun and now run 300s in AR platform.  My favorite is a side charger with adjustable gas block.  It is set up to barely cycle full power loads so it doesn't do anything with subs, basically is a bolt gun with subsonic ammo - quiet!

I have the H&R single shot 300 in a safe, didn't love it so it hasn't been out in years.  I need to sell the thing.

Sounds sweet. I would like to see some pictures of that setup. And some specs.
