I do want to note that the March scopes he shows about 2.5% error on the adjustments. It is my understanding that March still uses 6400 for their adjustments and his charts would be with the standard 6238. Now, I might be a little biased towards March. I love the two I have but if the difference was accounted for and understood in the testing, I think it would get a much better overall rating and mechanical rating.

My March is in MOA and I get no such error. My only complaints with the March are the eye box is a little critical, to me, for such a "high dollar" scope and the 42mm objective low light performance is a little "dim", in my opinion. Once again, just expected a little more… I was going to get the 50mm 3-24, but had too many other priorities. The March sits on my 7mmSTW and it is a fine scope for that rifle.

I have the Mil/Mil setups. A 3-24x42 sitting on my 300 WM and a 3-24x52 going on my 6.5x284 when the gunsmith gets done with it. I definitely see the difference in the adjustments vs ballistic software.

Cal did a good job with the writeup and put in a lot of effort.
As a word of caution, he had some issues setting up the scopes correctly, so I would not pay too much attention to the optical part of his evaluation. The mechanical parts are done a little better although I do not agree with everything either. The biggest thing is checking adjustments without recoil. While a valuable test, it is incomplete. ILya
