Hey guys,
I'm hoping to keep my new scope purchase to under $350.00. Can get a Zeiss Conquest or Meopta Meopro (3-9x42 (Meopro) or 3-9x40 (Zeiss)

What's the difference between the two? They are practically the same price for a NIB unit. Could save up a helleva lot of money and get a Swaro Z3 for over double the price - I can't probably justify that increase.

This scope will be used for hunting and hunting only (outside of the obligatory range session to check zero and whatnot).

Thanks

These scopes are too close to call.  The Meopta has a touch more contrast.  Both have large eyepieces, so that can have some bolt-clearance issues.

My personal choice would be the Meopta.

IIRC the MeoPro is a little shorter so if it was going on a SA rifle I'd probably go that route.  You really can't go wrong with either one.  Both very good for the money.
