Sup All?

Need glasses for my Fn Fal .308.  I do alot of bench rest shooting  @ 300y.  Looking for something around 6-24 or something higher, illumanated and with side focus (looks cool)My price range is around $400.  Just bought a

10-40x50 Ncstar for the hell of it and my Fal eat it up.  After the second round the focus was all screwed up!!! you get what you paid for, but it's a cool looking scope.  Need something that can handle the recoil, hold zero and look cool any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

boys have little toys, men have expensive toys....

I'd skip about half the wants on your list.  They only add to the price without adding anything you need.  The illuminated retical would be the first to go.  Take a long look at the Super Sniper line as it will handle a FAL

Welcome to The OT, Mr FAL!!

I concur with the other gentlemen, the SS would be perfect for your weapon.

Why the need for ALL that magnifacation??

Most here feel less is actually more when magnifacation is concerned.

If at first you don't secede...try..try again.

I think I have made my opinion clear for this topic, I think that it is generally easier to shoot accurately with a lower magnification, no its not because I have arthritus

What I like to say to help those that want a CIA obervation satelite coordinated with their rifle, is with a 4x scope, just think how much better that is compared to iron sights!

Oh and I would vote on another SS

I have a SS 10x on an L1A1 couldnt be happier with it and a EoTech on a Imbel. Both are excellent optics but at the opposite end of the spectrum.

Both are mounted on DSA railed covers. I relace the standard slotted screw with grade 8 allen head screws from the local hardware store.
