Next week...the week of September 22, 2014, Ernie Bishop and myself will be at Bangs Paradise Valley for a deer/hog hunt. While there we will be doing reviews of the SWFA SS scopes, the Super Munk, and a clone charger.
The Super Munk was maid in my shop and the Clone Charger was finished here........ |

I'm afraid I would lose it out there.
Plus, I don't hunt with a tie

Chris just sent me this picture of my clone Charger he has been working on. I was trying to decide if I wanted a barrel tuner. This group sort of made my mind up for me
10-shots 100 yards, of of a bi-pod. Remington 22lr Golden bullets. Rich at MOA Corporation chambered and fit to his MOA receiver. I won the barreled receiver/stock at a shooting match. When Chris Rhodes got it nothing else was finished on it or bedded. Chris had to relieve some areas in the receiver and he had to grind on the bolt to make it fit. The stock was way out of tolerance it had been over inletted. Chris Rhodes fixed all of the tolerances with the bolt and the receiver and then bedded the stock to the action. He also fit the picatinny rail as well. He also fitted and aluminum on the bottom of the grip for better tracking. I am ecstatic! I will run the scope that is currently on it next week. First time to use one. Subtract for caliber=.321 I don't think I can match that kind of accuracy for 10 shots at 100 yards. I need to catch up on my rimfire shooting. It may be a wallet group, but I will take it--shows what my rig is capable of. |

Forgot to mention...This barrel is threaded into the receiver.
One of the cool things about MOA's Clone 10-22 receiver. Barrel maker. http://www.fjfeddersen.com/ |
