    Posted: February/19/2014 at 10:49
My wife is in the middle of a huge transistion at work and has had some early mornings and late night, which leaves my son and I to fend for ourselves.

Luckily, I'm no stranger to the Grill, Smoker, Oven or Stove.

Last night, I made an olive oil and and soy reduction sauce for our italian crusted organic chicken breast and asparagus.

Then to make it fun for everyone, I made little edible ducks out of apples. Thinking about it now, what I should have done is bought some caramel and place it on a suacer and called it wading duck.

The "mood music" was "Rubber Ducky" followed by "Disco Duck"...

Skylar it's pretty but way to healthy. I hope you didn't go to the Richard Simmons cooking school.

Looks OK for the appetizer. where's the food!
What knife did you use on the swan? Tell me you improvised and used a detachable blade from one of your hunting arrows... Very artistic.

Skip, I have been diligently working on my making healty choices because I'm tired of being over weight.

I have a soon to be 5 year old and he and I rough house around and this spring, it looks like I will be coaching his soccer team. Not going to work well if I'm huff'n and puff'n from exhaustion.

Lile, I should have used a broadhead. But I opted to use this new ceramic pairing knife that I found.

I don't have the artistic foresight or steady hands to make things like that. Good job.

It probably is not the best method but it is rather fast. I lost 48 lbs in under 40 days from the shingles virus. Thumbs Down.  I have been able to hold steady at this weight for 2 months since. Thunbs Up

You could always ingest a tapeworm.

Then, when you get to your target weight, take some worm-killing meds.

No need to thank me; I get plenty of reward just from the knowledge I was able to help out a buddy in need.

I hear the " enema diet" is the way to go. You have the clean aspect plus the burning of calories from running to and from the rest room. I'm sure he would be able to find one that is to his taste.

BD -- I get the distinct impression that Sky isn't very appreciative of all the good guidance and advice you and I have provided him over the years.

Some people, huh?

Yeah, I get that feeling also. If he would have listened to our advice he would be pole shadow skinny, have hairless palms and less chafed lips and the hair of a Canadian pop star and not walk like he just rode the Kentucky derby on the head of a unicorn backwards. kids these days..
