Hi all,

someone know if the optic NIKKO STIRLING NIGHTEATER can be used in a 308 win rifle?
in the NIKKO web site they say that this optic is suitable for hunting kangaroos at 200-300 mt .
Someone of you had experience about this matter?

thank to all for the suggests and compliment for the nice forum!

the Nikko Stirling scopes are very popular here in Australia the nighteater series are ok chinese made scopes that don't seem to give much trouble they are a little bulky for there power range though (the 3-10x40 retail for about $280 here)
the Diamond series were Japanese but are now made in China (I believe the target Diamond series is still made in Japan) I have only looked through these never owned a Diamond they look good not sure what factory these were made in before they went to China

I have a 1.5-6 Nighteater on a 303 sporter and it hasn't given me any trouble

Sure it can be used but... for my money there are better choices.
If we're not suppose to eat animals...how come they're made of meat?
