That is good and well but, having a concealed carry permit does no good if you can't remember you have a pistol on ya.

These clowns especially, the ones in the public eye make all gun owners look stupid.

Noticed that you don't post any pics of yourself Ed (and no, we really don''t want to see 'em.)

Who cares- all the anti- gun crowd has to do is look for some other thing to use for propaganda. Y'all leave Ted and his ole lady alone!

Ted Nugent is NOT a "tired camera chaser".  He has all the publicity he needs and Shemane has as much as she needs.  It was a mistake... God help you to not ever make the same one.  The thing that should be decried, the thing that is unthinkably obscene is that it is a crime in the first place.
Opinion,untempered by fact,is ignorance.

There are some who do not fear death... for they are more afraid of not really living

Still its the law. These Yosemite Sam want to be's should be dropped from their spokesmen/women rolls. Blithering Idiots like ted and his wife are not helping anyone including their own family.

Very few of the gun advocates that are in public eye have any intellectual push back to win any debates, let alone their asinine actions. I am sure it just slipped her mind but, what if some kid got into her carry on bag while she was waiting or something like that?

The point is, these so called spokesmen/women are doing nothing to advance the debate of augmenting 2nd amendment rights.
Their stupidity just emboldened's the activist's who want to at least limit the 2nd.

With so called friends like these there no need for enemy's - they just need to go away.

You have a real good point. Let us take all these celebrities that are willing to stand up and speak up for our Second Amendment rights and bannish them to the trash heap of kooks for making little mistakes. I mean even though they are out numbered 100 to 1, and those who are on our side are affraid to speak up for fear of not finding work, we really don't need them because because they might look stupid. Never mind the fact that they can make some really good debators and arguments for our side, when they make little mistakes they just look so stupid and are totally discredited.
Oh, and by the way, people going through the TSA security check point with weapons in their carry on bags is not an uncommon occurance, and the number one excuse is, "I forgot it was in the bag". Even police officers (who are not allowed to carry on board unless authorized by their chief) can not carry a weapon on board, and many of them are stopped at the check point with guns in their carry on; and their number one excuse is, "I forgot it was in the bad". Even though the check points are staffed by Federal employees, the check points fall under the laws of the State they are in, and it is up to local authorities to decide if there will be a prosecution. The FBI will conduct an investigation, but in most cases will not prosecute. So yes, it was a stupid little mistake, so Ted Nugent, his wife, kids, and everyone who has been connected to Ted Nugent should bannished from society for ever and never allowed to speak again.
Think I'll go listen to some rap music and go watch the latest action film. That ought to be educational.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

Your missing the issue. Ted being the loudest, most obnoxious gimp on the NRA board. He and his wife have been up in the trees too long unfortunately both have seemed to have developed bird brains.
Why count on these type celebrity's putting our best foot forward on protecting the 2nd - no thanks.
We certainly don't need a horses arse like ted and his followers speaking for any of us. If he can't say something constructive keep quiet - obviously common sense has been lost on him for a very long time if he ever had any to begin with.

He has broken hunting laws in California, Alaska and who knows where else - and with his personal "baggage" being able to fill a 747 we really know how to pick 'em.

I'm not a total Ted fan but... seems like you are being a bit harsh. At least Ted is in our corner.

Maybe, a bit harsh but, Jim Shockey being a low key type of a fella and putting on a "real" hunting show - too bad he's Canadian.
Has much more credibility in every way - ted will never win over those sitting on the fence and the getting of age to participate in shooting sports.

With ted its all about - ted.

I don't expect they will hear me.
As colorful and clownish ted is the reasonable middle and the youth of america just turn off when ever a$$ clowns like are talking.

We are not only losing the war but also the battles with "more teds"

"In September 2009, Nugent embarked on a hunt near Somerset, El Dorado County, California. He was accompanied by a guide and a cameraman, filming for his Outdoor Channel show "Spirit of the Wild." The video taken appeared in an episode of the show first broadcast on February 9, 2010. California Fish and Game wardens who watched the broadcast noticed that it showed Nugent killing a very young buck which had been attracted by commercial bait. Both the killing of such a young deer and the use of bait are crimes under California state law. On August 13, 2010, he pled no contest in Yuba County to two misdemeanors: illegally baiting a deer, and failing to have a deer tag signed by a government official after a kill. He was fined USD $1,750 by the court and was banned from hunting in California until June 2012. In April 2012 Nugent signed a plea bargaining agreement to plead guilty to two misdemeanors for illegally taking a bear after shooting one earlier at a bait station. He will be fined $10,000, banned from hunting in Alaska and on Federal land for one year and must complete two years on federal probation."

I believe in keeping personal life to ones sell to a degree but, him being a mouthy fella and all. His past and present pretty much says it all - a character like him having any credibility LOL.

Nugent has had two wives and has eight children, including five out of wedlock in two liaisons almost 30 years apart. In the late 1960s, prior to his first marriage, Nugent fathered a boy, Ted (Mann) and a girl, whom he gave up for adoption in infancy. This did not become public knowledge until 2010. The siblings were adopted separately and had no contact with one another. The son learned the identity of his birth father in 2010 through the daughter's quest to make contact with him and their birth parents. According to a news report, Nugent over the years had discussed the existence of these children with his other children.

In 2005 Nugent was involved in a legal battle for not paying enough child support for a child he had out of wedlock in 1995.[28] It was finally resolved when Nugent was ordered to pay $3,500 per month in child support.

He was married to his first wife, Sandra Jezowski, from 1970 to 1979. They had two children, son Theodore Tobias "Toby" Nugent and daughter Sasha Nugent. Sandra died in a car crash in 1982. His second marriage was to Shemane Deziel, whom he met while a guest on Detroit's WLLZ-FM, where she was a member of the news staff. They married on January 21, 1989. Together they have one child, son Rocco Winchester Nugent.

In 1978, Nugent began a relationship with seventeen-year-old Hawaii native Pele Massa. Due to the age difference they could not marry so Nugent joined Massa's parents in signing documents to make himself her legal guardian, an arrangement that Spin magazine ranked in October 2000 as #63 on their list of the "100 Sleaziest Moments in Rock"
