Confirmed the rumor with a distributor in Rochester, NY a little while ago TC will now only produce the FX, Triumph and the Impact muzzleloaders in the future.

Likely true because TC was bought I believe by Remmington not sure but think that is who bought them.
Over the last ten years TC muzzleloaders have gone through quite a lot of change and the current styles seem to be OK but the Omega was a good simple gun that worked well.  I just think they have had too many models trying to get guys to buy the newest thing. Really the Encore system with barrels from  Bullberry is the best set up.     (Marketing Smoke and Mirrors)

I knew somebody bought them.  At least they took time to evaluate it before making these changes.  Honeltly TC has made huge steps forward with muskets over the past 10 yrs.  I started with one of the bolt action ones and it was just a pain to take apart and clean, then I moved to Omega and Encore about the same time and while I really like the Omega probably the best of the designs I do think going from the threaded screw in breech block to the newest quick detach style was an improvement.  I just hope we dont find it difficult to get parts for the older models.  Probably a good idea to have a couple extra breech plugs. One really good reason to own a musket is that under NFA they are NOT a Firearm by definition.
