Not sure on that JG, I think it was an impulse purchase based on having a bird in the hand. I have both classic and Monte Carlo stocks and really don't mind either way.
The next one I get will probably have a Monte Carlo stock, though. I am just really happy and agree with just about everything Ted said except using it it bad conditions. None of my double guns would have seen field use if I was worried and they cost more than a Cooper.
