Ever wonder, "Do I have enough powder to do 20 rounds of this new load of 42.7 grains?" Just sharing a best practice I use for tracking Powder usage. Knowing each pound of powder is 7,000 grains, I use a mailing label and stick to the lid of the can. Then I just calculate how much I use and write it on the label. So if I load 20 round at 42.7grains, I know that is a total of 854 grains. Leaving me 6,146 grains. The label shows my balance left so I know what's up.
Not sure how to share the photo of what my powder tops looks like, but I think you get the idea.
