Brady, this is mean.  The images of this scope make me loose sleep, but it is just not inthe budget.

It's just a mere 1099.95. It would definitely beat out that Burris.

Brady, have you had a chance to look at 35mm IOR scopes next to other high-end optics?  How do they compare?

    Thanks

This past weekend Chris and I shot in the TacPro 3 gun competition. I of course had to try this new IOR. The rifle stages consisted of 100-230 yard shots on 12" steel plates. The CQB reticle was utilized on every shot I took. Close ranges I was able to match up the circle part of the reticle with the round steel plates. At those ranges it matched up nearly perfect. It definitely made for an extremely fast target acquisition. For the longer shots the hold over lines came into play. For this type shooting I feel this scope is ideal and a must. I just hope they don't have square targets next year.

You can check the results of me whooping up on Chris at www.tacproshootingcenter.com.

Side by side comparisons no, but after shooting a few hundred rounds through it I can say for sure it's not lacking one bit.

Quit being modest about the results of the match.  I'll beat you one of these days.

    Hello Brady

Very nice scope, This would have been a exellent post for the tactical scope section.

I feel that section of OT is a little neglected and lacking info.

That is a very nice scope. The 4 x 24 is closer to my price range though. Tac Pro is only about 15 - 20 miles from me.

Does this scope have the ranging circles like its little brother? Also how did it feel on the weapon, was it too heavy? I am looking for a new scope to put onto my 16" M4gery. The 1-4 looks fantastic but 8X wow. Curious about how well it works up close read inside a house.

It's only available in the .223 BDC reticle pictured in the first post. The scope weighs above average but it wasn't too extreme where I noticed it being a factor. With the circle part of the reticle and it's low power capability it would excel in close quarters.
