SN3 with it's reticle (Horus) should be nice for that price, but if it 'sinks' when it rains, I guess the PDA and software sink also?
I'll stay with the 10x SS and Burris till I have the cash, then buy the FFP I'm looking for. Thanks for the recommendations and advice. |

Thanks cheaptrick.
I'll let you know what I buy, later this year. Until then I'll try to figure out why I'm milling in Mils, and adjusting in MOA, or is that SMOA, or TMOA,, Thanks, Jim |

The beauty of the 10x fixed power scopes is that the FFP thing is just not an issue.

I was also faced with this exact same issue everytime I thought I had made my mind up I was let down to find something the scope I had decided on didnt have all I wanted. After much research I ended up buying a used XOTIC and I think I am going to love it. 4-16x, tactical turrets, nice crisp audible clicks, ffp, its just what I wanted.. The only thing I dont like is the 56mm bell, but hell I can live with that for what I paid for it $700 with GG&G rings and its in near perfect shape.. Cant wait to get my mount for it and get to the range.

I keep searching the forums for the XOTIC, no luck. Where did you get it? |
