Nice reticle they put into that U.S. Optics SN3 though isn't it.

SN3 with it's reticle (Horus) should be nice for that price, but if it 'sinks' when it rains, I guess the PDA and software sink also?

I'll stay with the 10x SS and Burris till I have the cash, then buy the FFP I'm looking for.

Thanks for the recommendations and advice.

Best of luck, 82ABN.

Keep us in the loop on your impressions of the SS.

If at first you don't secede...try..try again.

Thanks cheaptrick.

I'll let you know what I buy, later this year.
Until then I'll try to figure out why I'm milling in Mils, and adjusting in MOA, or is that SMOA, or TMOA,,

Thanks,
Jim

The beauty of the 10x fixed power scopes is that the FFP thing is just not an issue.

I was also faced with this exact same issue everytime I thought I had made my mind up I was let down to find something the scope I had decided on didnt have  all I wanted.  After much research I ended up buying a used XOTIC and I think I am going to love it.  4-16x, tactical turrets, nice crisp audible clicks, ffp, its just what I wanted..  The only thing I dont like is the 56mm bell, but hell I can live with that for what I paid for it $700 with GG&G rings and its in near perfect shape..  Cant wait to get my mount for it and get to the range.

I need one of those!
I keep searching the forums for the XOTIC, no luck. Where did you get it?
