Load data at middle of thread.

They fly very well and groups will be surprisingly tight. I do not know bc but it has got to be high.

Usually mil surplus guy at gunshow .25 to .30. I did get 1000 for 100 but they were pulled real rough but i dont think they will miss the mark...

Thank you for the websites. I live in flagstaff so any gun shows that come along here arent very good. However, 2 hours from here in phoenix typically are much better, ill keep my ears open for the next show, thx.

Stay away from tracers. They are bad news. Also no 30 cal aircraft bullets.

I have .224 tracers for my AR's, whats your take on those? I bought about 1k of these not too long ago and have loaded about 200, ive only shot about a dozen through my S&W M&P15.

It is not as well qc'd from my experience.

Nasty to clean, but you should be ok.

The old stuff can be corrosive.

The ap air craft needs definite sizing.

Also you may not like the fact it only traces after 500 or 1000yrds depending on type.

Just a note on Tracer, AP and API...most ranges will not allow them because of toxic chemicals, fire hazard, ricochet and the fact that many but not all folks shooting the AP and API will destroy the steel targets.
30 cal AP has a tendency to ricochet and come back or go sideways and hurt someone, be very careful of your backstop.
Most military units only give AP to SAW, MG and those whose fire is directed or are responsible, it is not general issue.

Good day.

Thx for the heads up. Most of my shooting is done at a cinder pit that is about 600yrds long, no issues here. However, the Northern Arizona Shooting Range probably wouldnt appreciate it, thx.
