I have a 1943 pair of Westinghouse binoculars with one rear lens that look slightly off center, like maybe it shifted a little around the eyepiece/body joint. Will this cause collimation problems and can it be fixed? Thanks.

Sounds like the eye lens has started to separate. The lenses are held in place well, I doubt collimation will shift. Is this the 6x30 you refer to?
