I was playing with my 2-7x32mm Redflied Illuminator today and my Leupold Zero Point and noticed I had to move the Zero Point all the way to one side of the bore to align the verticle reticle. So I decided to play with the scope and turning the windage turrent all the way to the right, I could follow the verticle line tracking along the Leupold graph really nice. But when I turned it to the left, the verticle line stopped tracking the last 75 clicks (or 1 1/4 turns). I checked several times and it repeated this every time.

I assume my sciope is toast? I thought about sending it to ABO but I'm not sure this old scope is worth the repair bill . . .

I could be incorrect, but I thought that both Leupold and Redfield both had lifetime warranties. I would call Leupold since they deal with both scopes and see what they have to say about it.

Leupold would not/will not service the scope. They said a company called Iron Sight Inc in Tulsa, OK bought out the entire repair stock from Redfield. For my 2-7x36mm it cost $80 for repair - my scope and a check for $80 is on it's way.

I really do like the Illuminator scope so we'll see how it goes . . .
