Bought a 6-24x50 Ior Valdada around 2004.

Appears to have fallen while in the safe and isn't focusing properly.  Would like to send it back for repairs.  Don't think I have the receipt or paperwork that came with the scope, still have box and scope, so I'm looking for a contact to figure out the logistics (will repairs be out of pocket, how much am I look at, etc).

Does anyone have a customer service contact # or email address?  I went to their website, and all I found was a snail mail address for sending returns in.

No problem.  Good luck and let us know how you make out if you would.

No response.  Really irritating that they don't have a contact number.

Talked to them on the phone, problem is most likely with the end user and not the scope.  Will update as soon as confirmed.

On most sites if you'll scroll to the bottom of a page you'll find "site map" and "contact (us)".  Usually you'll find what you need.

HOPE you get your scope straightened out.

IOR's customer service is all about peaks and valleys.  Endure it or buy something else.
Freedom is something you take.
Respect is something you earn.
Equality is something you whine about not being given.

I bought this scope back in 2004.

In all fairness to Ior Valdada, it looks like my inability to communicate with them was stemming from my inability to figure out where they were putting the text on their website.

When the number was finally found for me, I called and immediately got ahold of a live person who was very courteous and walked me through what my problem might be.

  Sounding GOOD.
I've had my Conquest about 4yrs.  Would have went with the Valdada 4X but the close out price on the Conquest was too good to pass up.  If I remember correctly IOR's CS was good back then. And still may be.
CS can be an iffy deal with some manufacturers at times so we here at OT try to keep on their case if need be.
