Can anybody tell me what this Shotgun is? The only word markings on the shotgun reads "Laminated steel Barrel" on the top of the barrel. Other than that there is nothing else.

Have you pulled it apart and looked at the underside of the barrels, Under the forearm. Usually there are markings located there which will help in identification.
I'm guessing its a Crescent or Belgium of some kind though. |

It appears to be black powder and the barrel may well be damascus steel. Highly likely that it is not safe to shoot.

Laminated steel is not high grade Damascus per se. It is weaker. Damascus can often stand reproof, and be strong enough for light modern propellants. Get it inspected, especially for pitting and rusting. If it has been honed already, it is weaker. Check out the barrel wall thickness or hire someone with the guages to do so. Steve

Found one article on the internet and was able to identify the shotgun on an auction site in England.
Brummett 14 bore muzzle loading percussion shotgun, circa 1860, with 31 1/2" damascus double barrells, leaf scroll and pheasant chased action and hammers, wooden ram in two steel rings, trigger guard with chased pineapple front bracket, figured walnut half stock with chequered grip and steel butt plate, 47 1/2" overall length. Estimated value: 400-500 euro
Now got to try to sell it. If I had a cabin by the lake to hang over the fireplace it would be perfect!
