The trigger it's got is very crisp and feels like about 3lbs.
It does have a lot of travel since it is a DA.  but once the travel is taken up....

Exactly what is a short reset trigger?

exactly what it sounds like.  will make the reset much shorter.  I did it to my 229 and follow up shots were much better and more  accurate.

If you are going to send it in for a short reset trigger. Which is much nicer than the normal trigger. I would recommend sending it in to Gray Guns instead of Sig Sauer. I have had both and the trigger job from Gray Guns is nicer than the trigger job that Sig did.

But if your trigger is at about 3lbs it already has had some trigger work done to it. Since the SA/DA pull weights are 4.4lbs and 10lbs from the factory.

Excellent  Now we're talkin',Bud.  How's it fit and feel?  Are the grips "stickey" like the Hogue stocks?

The Sig 239 I bought from SWFA had the Hogue grips. I love them. They reduce the felt recoil of the .357sig to feel like a 9mm .
