I just got off the phone with Dillon Precision's Tech support. Last night the case feeder broke on my Dillon XL 650. It was a used machine when I bought it. I told them which part broke and what the problem was. They are sending a new part and the mateing part that is involved. No charge for either.
Now I have heard arguments that other machines are better, but my 650 works (and it works hard), and their customer service is top notch. Almost as good as SWFA'sBig Smile So if your thinking about a progressive reloader..........................
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

I have heard these stories over and over about Dillon.  Whether you bought the press last month or twenty years ago, it doesn't matter to them.
