I've kinda been keeping up with this. The arrogance that was displayed by the WH says alot, but Obama didn't carry Ga., so he really doesn't care IMHO.

The fact that he won't be on the ballot (hopefully) does open the door for other states to do the same. The biggest thing is that this is the first OFFICIAL court case and all of the evidence is on record now.

Have seen different reports on this. It would be great if it works out and they keep him off the ballot. Like Chris said might be the first in a series of dominoes to fall if other states follow suit.

I'm not holding my breath. With all the corruption and disrespect for the Constitution in the Obama administration, I'd bet he'll stop at nothing to get re-elected.

"Very
Interesting Bit Of Detective Work"
1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can the Obama 'birth certificate' state he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used at that time? 2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in " 3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital ". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978? I agree. But, the whole birth-er issue has been problematic for the campaign to unseat the President to say the least. I don't know? |

Not to mention that he has no WORK HISTORY ----? that would indicate he was qualified.
I keep looking for the box on the ballot that says -- NONE OF THE ABOVE If we want to have honest men in government we need to reform what contributions are allowed - nobody except US Citizens elidgable to vote should be able to contribute. No Corporations, No Foreigners. And there should be a limit of no more than $100 per person. Make it illegal to Lobby and buy the influence of any government employee. Do that and you will see people in office who care about the best interest of the American Public.

Would be interesting if based on the info above Obama would be removed from office or deemed ineligible for a second term. How/what do you do with the guy now that he is privy to State security/defense secrets? This situation would be much different than an incumbent being defeated in an election.

If this brings fruit, how long will the list of persons be who have committed treason to get Obama in office. The current case against Private Bradley Manning will be nothing in comparison. That is if Justice is enforced.

A little research reveals some info about the given points, so here's some of what I've found:
Point 1: "The term "African American" has been in common usage in the United States since the late 1980s, when greater numbers of African Americans began to adopt the term self-referentially. Malcolm X favored the term "African American" over "Negro" and used the term at an OAAU (Organization of Afro American Unity) meeting in the early 1960s, saying, "Twenty-two million African-Americans - that's what we are - Africans who are in America." Former NBA player/coach Lenny Wilkens is another who used the term as a teenager when filling a job application. Many blacks began to abandon the term "Afro-American", which had become popular in the 1960s and '70s, for "African-American," because they desired an unabbreviated expression of their African heritage that could not be mistaken or derided as an allusion to the afro hairstyle. The term became increasingly popular, and by the 1980s, Jesse Jackson and others pressed for its adoption and acceptance. Users of the term argued that "African-American" was more in keeping with the nation's immigrant tradition of so-called "hyphenated Americans", who were known by terms like "Irish-American", or "Chinese-American", "Polish-American"), which link people with their, or their ancestors', geographic points of origin" Considering that Obama's father was indeed an African and his mother American and that the term had been publicly used at the time, even though the term "African American" didn't gain widespread usage until Jesse Jackson announced in the 80's that Black people in America were "African American", thus sparking a national debate about same, which I happen to remember, this point remains to me as thin evidence. Point 2: From Wikipedia, The History of Kenya: The British Empire established the East Africa Protectorate in 1895, from 1920 known as the Kenya Colony. The independent Republic of Kenya was formed in 1964. This point is also exceedingly too thin to be even considered as some sort of proof. Point 3: I've no idea about this, but most of the following links don't work and one of the statements given earlier about an entry in Wikipedia is wrong. I'd not place much stock in this tale. There are plenty of completely valid reasons to not give this president a second term, such as the fact that this nation will reach a debt of $17 TRILLION this year. Kýrie, eléison |
