Your welcome guys!

I know some guys will say you need to check which end (front or back) is higher/lower, and just bed the gap end, etc.  But my thinking is a low-stress full bedding should work it out.  I just hand tighten the bolts snug using the short end of the included wrench.  That should self level pretty well and keep the rail from bending or twisting.  It should come out pretty stress free.

It isn't the only way, just the way I do it.

Yep, Kiwi is awesome.  I just bedded a barreled action in Devcon using it, and it popped right out after a firm whack on the barrel with the palm of my hand.

As a side note, Most eerybody I talk to that beds a lot of actions prefers Devcon Plastic Steel Putty (first choice) and Marine Tex (Second Choice) to Acraglas for all types of bedding projects.  I will be sticking with Devcon myself.

I use Devcon for bedding my actions.  Clay and kiwi are your best friends for that.

Nice, have been wanting to do this just like you have in your video vs bedding just one side, but have been a little apprehensive because I have not even bedded an action in a stock yet.  Your instructions in the video are easy to understand, and the results look perfect.  I will be tackling mine soon, and will be much more confident after watching your video, thank you for sharing.

Kiwi should work well. Polish between coats and do several coats. Check out Devcon plastic steel putty. It is more expensive but sets up really nice.

I am glad you liked the video. Remember I am not a gunsmith, this is how I do it and it works for me. Lots of stuff can happen if you get epoxy in the wrong place. Attempt at your own risk. Let us know how it turns out!

Nice Matt.  Will be using Kiwi next time as a release agent.  Looks like you have a Tipton gun vise too.  Need to have the right tools for the job.

Thunbs Up NICE!!!! I always use a brownells spray relese agent. I just feel better about it getting into places I can't get when I would wipe it on. I will try the shoe polish, seems to work pretty well.

Well, it's done.... I'm a little worried that I tightened it a little much and didn't leave enough epoxy on it.  When I was snugging the rear bolt for the second time, i felt it max out like it was metal on metal.  Oh well, guess I'll see what she looks like tomorrow. I can always do it again if need be.
