+1 for the Weaver T-36. <Competitor removed>. Do a search for his name and his website will show up.

For that price a new Weaver T -36 or a used Leupold 36.

Benchrest I'm assuming?
Weaver T-36 or Sightron SII BS 24x fixed model (the rebate just gets you under $500 with that model)

Leupold's competition line is a bit over your budget.

Good day
Need a good scope for my .22 competition rifle. Not sure what to get but like to stick close to the 500$ mark. Im into fine duplex´s (not dots) and at least 1/8 clicks.
 
Any suggestions gentlemen?
