Your not the guy that asked about that Barska on the Hide, are you?
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

Here is a review that was posted back in Feb of 2010. And a quote from the article "Very quickly it turned out that the only thing the Barska has in common with those scopes is the price. In every other way possible, this is a truly sorry excuse for a rifle scope." But that was for a Barska SWAT 3.5-10x40.

It has the word "SWAT" in the name, how could it be anything short of awesome?

If it had bright white wording on the ocular saying it is government property, it'd be too awesome for words - even words in bright white.

SWAT Extreme Tactical is the draw for me...  So much said in just three "words" (well, one is an acronym).  But, just look at the implications.  Should be able to just set the rifle down and let the scope make all the shots for you...
I was just wondering because I saw this item advertised in what is reputed to be a "respectable, reliable" magazine.  Didn't there used to be something called "truth in advertising"?  What ever happened to that?  I didn't buy the magazine...

I was wondering why YOU had such an interest in such an awsome scope. I mean we all know that you favor the lower end scopes like those junkie old HendsoldtsCool

"Life is pain, anyone who says otherwise is selling something."

I've cancelled all subscriptions to magazines that "impartially" evaluate gear AND sell ad space.  Guns n Ammo has offered me everything but free magazines for life, I simply have no use for someone lying to my face.

You wouldn't buy a subscription to Buns and Whammo? They never met a product they didn't like (unless they wouldn't advertise).

I think all the confusion started because Barfska spells Squat with a 'W'
