So I starting lifting again in July and today I hit my personal bests on my chest workout!

Incline Bench/barbel 225 twenty times.

Flat Bench/barbell 255 twenty-five times.

Incline Bench/Dumbbell 95's each arm 25 times, 190lbs.

Flat Bench/Dumbell 105's each arm 25 times, 210 lbs.

Mind this was me working out by myself, so I have to make sure I can get the weight racked back up.

I only weight 175 right now.

Hurts just thinking about it. Be careful!

That's pretty good considering during the NFL combine, prospective NFL players weighing much more flat bench press 2 plates (per side - totally 225#'s) an average rep count somewhere around the mid-20's. Some do more, some do less.

Walt Garrison of the Dallas Cowboys held the record for a LONG time... bench pressed 175 pounds 175 times.  Awesome player, bull rider, great guy...
