Hello everyone.
Just found this site and registered. First site I've seen dedicated to optics and looks interesting so far. Looking for opinions on good scopes in the 150.00 - 200.00 range. I just bought 3 rifles that need glass. Savage Mark II TR in .22 LR Savage model 10 in .308 with 24" heavy barrel and Choate Varmint stock. Marlin XS7 Varmint Hunter in .308 with 26" heavy barrel. Thanks for any input.

I have a couple of these Redfield Revolution scopes. Very decent for the price.

Thanks for the info. I should have stated that I'm looking for 4-16x40 or larger.

I've heard really good things about the Vortex Diamondback. They have one in a 4-12x40 right at $200 I believe. I've got a Bushnell Trophy (4-12x40) and it's been a really good scope for under $200 as well.

The Mueller 4-14x40apv for the 22lr without a doubt one of the best low cost 22 scopes on the market.
Mueller also produces a 4-16x50 tactical they may fit your needs on the other rifles however I
have no experience with that scope, i will say that Mueller IMO makes some of the better low cost
scopes in respect to clarity of glass.

Can you tell us a little about how you will be using each rifle to help guide you in the right direction.
For the 22 I like these two but I have the Weaver on my rifle.
