hi,

A few months ago weeks ago I dropped my rifle and the scope got bent  :(

It was a Weaver V-10.  I sent it in. They said it was my fault and they will give me a discount on another scope.  I asked them what kind of deal they can give me on a Grand Slam 4.5 14x40.  They said $166.00.  I think it is a good deal.  What I am worried about is - They are changing companies, and if they will make these any more. And if not - will I be stuck with an obsolete scope. If that happens, then I would rather buy a Burris fullfield II.

What do you think I should do?

Who is changing companies?

Grand Slam is a very nice scope and if you can get a new 4.5-14x40 for $166 bucks, I suggest you jump on it.

Great price for a great scope!

Take good care of it, and you will probably never have a warranty issue......
