I am wondering what you all mounted the 5-20 on.
I chose this Savage Subonic build that I have shot out to 600 yards making hits 8 of 10 (on average) on a 6" steel plates, not to brag cause I doubt I could dial it in without the scope.  I like to take the range from 100 - 200 - 300 - 500 - 600 in no particular order is the fun part especially subsonic without written dope.  No way...

I finally got Blaser USA to get me instruction on setting the trigger pull and I should be able to shrink the groups a bit more now that its not as heavy.  It was at about 4.5#'s now its a tad over 2#

It is, it is a Blaser LRS1 in 308.  With talley mounts and a ss 5-20, using a harris bipod for now but want something more "worthy"
