Timney makes a "precision" trigger.  The factories follow less stringent specs, it's a cost thing.  Remington once neglected to install a safety feature for a simple cost of 5.5 CENTS per unit.  They do (and all the mass gun makers do) the same thing with all specs cutting cost as much as possible.  I'm going through the same thing over some bullets right now... within spec, but the spec was too broad...
