With so many good stories on the web site recently, thought I'd ask a question that has had me going for a couple of decades. And since gun owners in general seem to have more common sense this is a good place to start. Does a fortune cookie's prediction last until you get the next one (remain constant), or does it decay by some unknown transcendental function until you get the next one? Or is it subject specific? remaining constant until you get the next one dealing with that subject? |

You should invest in a magic 8 ball and ask this same question. It will solve all your problems. Edited by Brady |

It depends... did you use the standard phrase "In Bed" first? |

Dale Clifford, a man of your intelligence should know that "Fortune Cookies" are nothing more than oriental superstition. And Brady, you are no better. Trying to solve the great questions of life with a hand held super computer like the majic "8 ball". Everyone knows that the only "real" supernatural conduit is the "Ouija Board"!

Now I'm wondering what happens when you don't open the fortune cookie? I never do. Does it still affect me, or not? What if I don't even touch it? Maybe it works on the person who delivered it. I guess I should do some follow up and see what has happened to my servers at Cheng's after I was there.

That is a very good point, - it never occured to me that would be one of the event options in time. The Ouija seemed the best bet from a probability point, but the spirit I was in contact kept spelling the answers in Russian, and Koshkin wasn't around to translate.

If the spirit was talking to you in Russian he was most likely too drunk to be coherent anyway.
