I found one of these new in the box. What would you pay for this scope? Are the Z3 much better?

The AV's are darn nice...basically the same as the Z-3. I have one with the "old" TDS reticle on my 25-06. There is a 3-10 X 42 Z-3 (demo B) on the sample list for $699.

I agree, very nice scopes. I think anything under $650.00 would be a pretty good deal.

I bought an AV 3-9x36 for $675 for my muzzleloader. Same as the newer model Z3 with supposedly just different cosmetics. I got the 4A retcile that really seems to "open up" the view and it is freeking awesome.
