Being you didn't mention a price,I'd go with Badgers or Night Force with titanium bolt or Talley tactical skull & cross bones. These are about as tough as it gets, they can all take .50cal.

This is mount and rings, I have it on a magnum, it's the only set-up I've found that will take the punishment.

Warne has some decent 3/8 rings but they are still alloy if you can find CZ rings they make some 3/8 that are steel and should work for you.

What gun do you have?
I have a Beeman 5038 on a Webley Patriot. They are very well made.
A stop of some type is required on all magnum springers. I have the Patriot and an RWS 350 Magnum. The Webley has proven to be finicky about mounts and the RWS, no problem.
The .22 rings mentioned are good but not suitable for heavy springers. A one piece 3/8"/11mm base is much better. They have a lot of clamping area that helps with the two way recoil on springers.
Standard rifle rings are out of the question.
