I want a compact scope for my cz 527 

compact 
with target (or resetable finger adjustable) knobs
with repeteable clicks 
cost no more than 220 usd

 (long time ago I look the burris compact 4-12x32 but the new timberline dont have target knobs)

It is posible ?

I have both, the timberline and the viper... can't go wrong either way, but the viper does have the edge in optical quality, IMO.

The Viper has quick reset knobs that are well marked and easy to adjust which is what it sounds like you are looking for.
